Designing a point to point airport which time and speed was one of the most important design factors became super interesting in this studio. The site was located on an open fled in Japan. it had been tried to take airport out of it’s conventional form to a new level of representation and design it like a cantilever and take it’s visitors off the ground at their check in/out points. The constitution of the dynamic parking, made it much easier for passengers to park their cars and move through the circulation system much faster.

The double skin envelope had been designed to create different experience for visitors inside and outside of the building. the primary skin which is a result of section series through a foam mass proposal and a projected grid which had been followed by the secondary skin and it represents not only the structural form of the building but also could result of the parametric secondary skin to act fold in or out.
