The LA library had been assigned in our studio to redesign. Design had been based on Tony Smith transformation grid combined by Bernini Santa Maria Poche grid. The library had been created with involuted spaces that contains the public areas and is creating variation of spaces. A special skin had been designed for exterior that can define open Vs. close to control day light and create dynamic shading moments for interior spaces.
